Iot, matlab and pcb project modification

I'm working on an iot project that requires Matlab and pcb design. I'm kinda stuck and i wanna do basic modifications. A virtual communication will be required to do the arduino code editing. i want to improve my pcb design has i have always been having issues with the one i did myself. the jst cant withstands my cable tensile and keeps pulling off the board. All work completed but some modification required beyond my proficiency
