Interpolation and Matrix Manipulation

Please look into the images. And i need help with Cubic spines and fifth degree polynomial. as well as 5x5 gaussian kernel and 5x5 sobel filter. I need them to be done in "Matlab" without using built-in libraries. I could provide you with what i have done so far. and some resources.
