Include the effect of wind in the aircraft dynamics in order to improve simulation fidelity of a Logistics UAV using Matlab Simulink Test Case

I'm looking for an experienced modeller in Matlab Simulink to create a Logistics UAV simulation with a high level of simulation fidelity. The modeller should consider the effects of wind on the aircraft dynamics to achieve the required level of accuracy.
The modelling language will be Matlab, and the modeller must include at least wind effects in the aircraft dynamics. Other relevant environmental factors, such as temperature and turbulence, should be taken into account if possible.
The goal is to create a high-fidelity simulation that realistically portrays the dynamics of the UAV. Any expertise with Logistics UAV simulations or wind effects modelling is a strong advantage. Please do not apply for this project if you have no experience with Wind Effects modelling in Matlab Simulink.
