Project Description:
I am seeking assistance in creating an algorithm in Matlab that will provide an optimized solution. The algorithm does not currently exist, so I am looking for someone with the expertise to help develop it.

Requirements:
- Develop an algorithm in Matlab
- Optimize the algorithm to provide the desired output
- Collaborate with me to understand the problem and refine the algorithm accordingly
