Image Segmentation & Size Analysis in ImageJ

I am looking for a proficient freelancer who can expertly handle image analysis using ImageJ software. I need very specific tasks done:
- Segmentation of the images.
- Measuring the sizes of segmented objects.
The images to be analyzed are primarily in the PNG format, with a few scattered PDF files which will need to be handled as well. The core goal of this project is to compare object sizes within the images, aiming for precision and accuracy.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
