Image Dehazing using neural Networks -- 2

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to work on my project, which involves image dehazing using neural networks. The desired level of dehazing for the images is a significant improvement. I have a preferred neural network model in mind, specifically a New advanced Convolutional Neural Network (CNN).

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in image processing and computer vision
- Strong understanding of neural networks, particularly CNNs
- Experience in implementing image dehazing algorithms
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Ability to fine-tune and optimize neural network models for image dehazing
