INTERCONNECTIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS

I am looking for a freelancer to design and build an interconnections and communications system for me. The type of interconnections and communications needed here will be networking and VoIP. No integration with existing systems is required, nor is any specific hardware necessary for the network. This project will require expertise in networking, VoIP, and interconnections and communications, Matlab too.
