High-Accuracy Arc Simulation in Simulink

I need to implement an electric arc model (heuristic model) in photovoltaic systems to simulate all the conditions present in the IEC 63027 standard. The simulation should be conducted in Simulink. If you are able to create this model, please send a message so we can discuss it further.
