I'm seeking a proficient coder with expertise in signal processing, spectral analysis, wavelength analysis, and the R programming language (MATLAB can be used if needed).
Your task will be to:
* Design and implement an end-to-end work-flow that can successfully extract heart rate data from temperature records.
* The data used will be in CSV file format, thus prior experience with this data format is essential.
Ideal skills:
* Strong command of the R programming language
* Experience with spectral and/or wavelet analysis
