Green hydrogen production program using Matlab simulink

The objective of this project is to build a program to use electrolyzer to generate green hydrogen by solar panels and store the hydrogen in tanks. Then use the hydrogen in fuel cells to generate power to meet residential demand. you need to write the paper in IEEE format.
1- Describe the system dynamics
2- Develop a control model for the solar and hydrogen production
3- Simulate the proposed model.
4- Assess the performance of the proposed controller.
5- Write the results as a research article using the IEEE format.
