Genetic Algorithm and Optimization Skills

I have concluded a thermodynamic analysis of a waste heat driven cooling system and i want to make the optimization of the working parameters in order to achieve the best coefficient of performance so i need a skilled person who has already a knowledge about genetic algoritm by using Matlab or EES.
