Frequency Control

Hello, I want to concipe a programm on MATLAB/Simulink that will controll the 50 Hz frequency in a Network, which are composed of windpark, sunpark, coal-fired power station gas turbine and electrical consummers. I already imported the energy data in MATLAB and began to code. I need someone to finish the work.
