French-Savvy Matlab/Simulink and AM Modulation Expert

I'm in need of a professional with excellent French comprehension, strong Matlab/Simulink skills, and deep understanding of Amplitude Modulation (AM). The project primarily involves:

- Simulation and analysis using Matlab/Simulink.
- Implementing Amplitude Modulation (AM) within Matlab/Simulink.

The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex concepts into French, understand and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the simulation process, and implement various AM techniques within Matlab/Simulink. Experience with system communication is a plus.
