Fix Logical Mistak in Matlab Code

Dear All,

I have matlab code, There is some logical mistake in the code
The current code extract ROIs from some images while it ignored other, what I need is to consider all the cases
so any mammogram image will have it correspondence ROI image


I need someone to trace the code and fix the issue.

The code is written in matlab
