Finding the outlier value using bayes Factor in matlab

Pressure of both types and diabetes are adopted as dependent variables, and the rest of the variables are independent. In the theoretical side, you have the formulas for the distributions that I used, and the last thing I have to use is the Bayes factor in order to find these outliers. My target is to apply MATLAB programming using Bayes factor on a large set of data to find outliers or unreal values.
