FIN TECH MACHINE LEARING

I am in need of an expert in machine learning who can handle an undefined project scope. Due to lack of specifics on the project objective and the model type needed, previous work with diverse machine learning models and multiple domains such as predictive analysis, image recognition and natural language processing will be a plus. I am also unsure of the data format, thus familiarity with different formats like CSV, JSON, and Databases is preferred.
