Energy-aware Multi-Object Detection and Recognition in WMSN

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a research is to design a low power sensing system for wireless Multimedia Sensor Networks (WMSN) that can detect and recognize multiple objects within a coverage area. The system should be efficiently detect and differentiate between different types of object locally in the monitored area, while consuming minimal power to prolong the lifetime of the WMSN.
