Electrical Engineer with Matlab (Simulink) and Proteus expertise.

I want to get an implementation of My project Title" Automatic Voltage and Excitation Control of Synchronous generator using Fuzzy Logic Controller in MATLAB(Simulink) and Proteus. The details of the project are attached. In detail, there is mentioned an intelligent controller which I need a Fuzzy Logic Controller. Please let me know if you can do this project with full command and discuss it further.
