Electric Vehicle Simulation Engineer Required
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I want a Vehicle Simulation Engineer
Description:
We are seeking an experienced electric vehicle (EV) simulation engineer to create a detailed virtual simulation of our all-terrain EV design. The goal is to assess the vehicle's performance, efficiency, and structural integrity before production.
Responsibilities:
Build a 3D simulation model of the electric vehicle, incorporating components like the robust chassis, battery system, and minimalistic design.
Simulate the vehicle’s handling, battery performance, energy efficiency, and driving dynamics on various terrains and under different environmental conditions.
Conduct performance analysis, including power consumption, range, and energy recovery during braking.
Work with the design team to refine the vehicle’s performance based on simulation feedback.
Provide detailed reports with insights and suggestions for design improvements.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in EV simulation software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, CarSim, Simpack).
Strong understanding of electric vehicle powertrains, battery systems, and vehicle dynamics.
Experience with 3D modeling and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk).
Ability to analyze and optimize efficiency and sustainability in EV designs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:
This is a contract position, with potential for ongoing collaboration.
Focus will be on optimizing the vehicle’s electric performance, efficiency, and durability before prototype production.
