Eddy current brake
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We need to develop an eddy current brake with that performance:
- 25Nm at 1500rpm
- most compact design (lightweight and small size)
That brake will be dynamically controlled by a pwm to slow the speed of a load with a specific braking curve.
We still have a mathlab model were we get an idea about the dimensions and current consumption.
Now we need to design it inside ansys or another simulation software to do some tests to find the best design to achieve the project goals
