I'm seeking a freelancer with expertise in GAMS(or Python, Matlab) to assist with a project focused on the Electricity Market and Power System Operation. The task at hand involves solving a multi-period offer-based economic dispatch (OBED) problem for the IEEE 14 bus system.
Ideal candidate should have:
- Proficient knowledge in GAMS
- Familiarity with Electricity Market and Power System Operation
- Experience with solving economic dispatch problems
- Capability to work on a multi-period offer-based economic dispatch (OBED) problem
