Digital Twin Creation & Assembly Line Analysis
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
For our project, we require someone with profound knowledge in Simulink (MATLAB) to work on an assembly line and its digital twin. The task involves:
- Simulation of assembly lines
- Creating a digital twin of the process
- Conducting an extensive analysis of performance metrics
We look specifically at executing line rebalancing and extensive analysis.
The ideal candidate should be equipped to handle these performance metrics or KPIs:
- Cycle time
- Throughput
- Utilization
- Work-in-progress inventory
You will put these into play within the confines of the digitized twin to give us a holistic view of our assembly line operation. It's preferable that you have prior experience in the simulation of assembly lines and digital twin creation. Your work is vital to our team's project. Please ensure you have the required experience before submitting your proposal.
A final report in pdf and a final xml file is required.
