The aim of the work is the use of Raman laser spectroscopy
to determine selected elements of the molecular-crystallographic structure of thin diamond film produced
by CVD. The work includes selection of software tools, processing of recorded spectra and the use of computer analysis to determine the parameters of the most important spectral lines
Task to be performed:
Pre-processing of Raman spectra of diamond films.
Removal of interfering signals (fluorescence etc.).
Determination of the most important bands ad their integral intensity.
Determination of correlation between main Raman bands.
Automation of the procedure.
