Designing a Casino Slot Game Math Model

I am looking for a skilled game designer/mathematician who can create a casino slot game math model that will cater to both casual players and high rollers. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing 5-reel video slots and capable of working out the detail of math model including RTP computation.

Requirements:
- Experience in creating math models for casino slot games
- Proficiency in designing 5-reel video slots, Progressive slots, or other kind of slot games/table games (optional)
- Ability to work out the Math model based on specific game rules and game payouts

Responsibilities:
- Develop a math model that provides an engaging and enjoyable experience for both casual players and high rollers
- Casino games can be slots and table games with Progressive jackpot, bonus features, free spins, etc.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of casino slot game mechanics and math models
- Experience in math design and RTP evaluation
- Experience working with international testlab on game certification will be a big plus
