Derive transfer function from Matlab Simulink model using using Linear Analysis Tool or similar

I am looking for a freelancer with experience in Control System Analysis to derive a transfer function from my Matlab Simulink model using Linear Analysis Tool or similar. The primary purpose of the transfer function is for Control System Analysis with a specific control system type in mind being PID. The desired format for the transfer function output is a Transfer Function Equation. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in Matlab Simulink, Linear Analysis Tool, and Control System Analysis.
