Deep Learning EEG Diagnosis Framework -- 2

I need a deep learning framework using transfer learning for EEG-based diagnosis of Epilepsy, Lewy Body Dementia, and Huntington’s Disease. The system should adapt the EEGNet model to these disorders with minimal retraining, even with limited labeled data.
