Data Identification,linear regression and Classification of random data

I am looking for a data analyst who can help me with the following project:

Purpose of Data Analysis:
- "system Identification, linear regression "
and " Classification" on data in MATLAB

Ideal Skills and Experience:
"system Identification" and " Classification" on data in MATLAB

1.Autoregressive exogenous models (ARX),
AR,ARARX, FIR models,linear regression

2. knowledge of Prediction error method,
Least square, Recursive least square

3. Classification techniques like maximum margin classifier, linear discriminant analysis, probabilistic models

4. Kalmar filter

- Proficiency in data analysis and classification techniques
- Strong knowledge of linear regression
-Being able to apply above concepts in MATLAB

Output Format:
- The output needs to be in a specific format

Level of Accuracy:
- The desired level of accuracy for the classification is moderate (70-90%)
