Curve Extracting based on Matlab, Hybrid Machine Learning , CUDA, GPU and Parallel Processing

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can assist me in extracting curves based on Matlab, Hybrid Machine Learning, CUDA, GPU and Parallel Processing. The main objective of this project is data analysis. I prefer a supervised learning approach for this project. Additionally, I require assistance with both CUDA and GPU programming.
