Create/Develop a code to Stitching Data in Matlab

Dear sir/madam,
Required job: Create/Develop a code in Matlab to be used for stitching data/images
Data Format: Davis (.VC7) converted to PIVMAT format (.fig) through Matlab
Initially, I have many sets of data, each set has 6 images that need to be stitched together to make one complete image. I need a code to stitch these images. I have attached an example of these images to give an indication of the required job. The stitching must be in order, starting from F1, then F2, up to F6. In my understanding, the code must consider the following criteria: align the images, find compatible points between them, consider an overlap of 25%, and the results need to be in high resolution.
