Convert an Image into text with OCR

I have a bunch of educational documents (Physics) which needs to be converted.
The documents contain formulas and graphs which will not be converted by OCR so you will have to manually edit(Recreate) them in the word file. I need the work to be done in a week so please before you bid make sure you can deliver. I will test each individual before awarding the project.
