Code to be developed in MATLAB software (Medical image processing)
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Code needs to be developed by the programmer for microscopic images of muscle tissues. This code will be used for more than 900 images, hence the code should be working and error free.
For writing the code 5 numbers of microscopic images of muscle tissue will be shared (in .tif fomat) and following activities to be performed on them.
1. All images to have the same orientation (i.e. with respect to the muscle tissue longitudinally) as the MASTER image. NOTE: no data loss is acceptable when rotation of the images are done.
2. Identification of the a specific substance/item in the image. It will be of irregular form always and a single image will have multiple of these items.
3. As this item is of irregular shape, the orientation of this item needs to be captured. (i.e vertical or horizontal)
4. Counting of the items (both for vertically oriented and horizontally oriented)
5. Labeling of the items with the number. For later reference and further studies.
