This is the image and the marked positions from 8 Cells for every 8 timeframe. I hope it is understandable. So i need to mark with ROI every Cell and follow the same Cell in every 8 timeframes (Z1T1= Cell1 Timeframe 1) Z1T2 (Cell1 Timeframe2) and so on. and this is what i need for every cell in that organoid. Do you understand what i mean, sorry if i am explaining it bad :/
