Camera lidar calibration using matlab

I'm looking for someone who can take several photos and the intrinsic matrix of a camera and Matlab, make the calculation of the rotation and casting matrix.
All of these already exist in Matlab.
What I need is that someone uses edge detection in the camera and lidar pointcloud to make small adjustments to all the parameters of the matrices. Both the intrinsic and extrinsic.
The camera can be both RGB or SWIR.
