Build a simple Matlab-based GUI to display multiple images and level/threshold them for preview purpose

Hi - I would like to ultimate the development of MATLAB-based GUI (appdesigner) for the creation of of image panel for microscope (very similar to image viewer - imaging toolbox). Basically every image have different channels. I would like to be able to select individual channel and threshold them in batch al together. Can you help with this?
