Build a MATLAB code and simulation model

I want to hire a freelancer who has good knowledge about MATLAB coding and Simulation along with an electrical background.

In my project, I have to develop the MATLAB code to analyze the power flow of Islanded hybrid AC/DC
microgrid by well established Newton-Raphson method using a modified jacobian matrix. Code uses both AC and DC power equations simultaneously.

While building the MATLAB code, frequency taken as a variable.
and bulid a simulation model for islanded hybrid ac/dc microgrid with dynamic result of frequency variation.

Code must be included proper comments so it can be readable for me.
