Build me a Battery thermal management system for a 4 wheeler passenger can using Matlab simscape

I need to design and model a Battery thermal management system (BTMS) using matlab simscape software. The project must be intricate and must have a complete BTMS including heating and cooling. There must be a control algorithm (example- PID controller) to have the system controlled. The BTMS must bring the battery temperature in the desired range ( example- 15 to 35 deg Celsius). Along with that the BTMS must be simulated on MIDC ( modified indian driving cycle) to understand its performance. Also BTMS should be simulated on battery charging and discharging scenarios.
