Build Autonomous Lane Center

Build a simulation pipeline simulink model with Carla, and run the Lane center control simulink example model with the Carla simulator. The Carla simulator shall receive commands from Simulink model and sent lane line information along with the object list. Object list shall contain all vehicles surrounding the ego vehicle.
