Blockchain building in MATLAB -- 2

I want to store the data transactions of the power grid model (I made in MATLAB) using Blockchain technology. The power grid model contains a set of producers and a set of loads, between which the power transfer is occurring. The output power from each producer and load is observed in the form of a graph with respect to time in hours. So, I am doing 12 hours simulation right now, for which I want data containing the value of power transferred from each nodes (with respect to each second or minute or hour) to be stored in the form of blockchain.
