We are seeking an experienced freelancer to contribute to a cutting-edge research project in the field of reliability engineering. The project involves the development and implementation of an innovative approach, termed LIS-ANN, which aims to enhance importance sampling and line sampling techniques using Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs). The goal is to improve the accuracy and efficiency of reliability analysis in high-dimensional small probability contexts.
Required Qualifications:
-Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
-Proven expertise in statistical analysis and reliability engineering.
-Strong experience with importance sampling and line sampling techniques.
-Proficient in the use of Artificial Neural Networks for statistical analysis.
-Experience in developing adaptive algorithms and working with high-dimensional data.
-Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
