I'm looking for a talented engineer who can develop a comprehensive MATLAB Simulink design for a renewable energy system. This system will utilize 2x30W solar panels and 2x20W wind turbines. The specific requirements are as follows:

- The output of the Simulink must deliver 60W from the solar and 40W from the wind turbines.
- There should be a PID Controller in place, facilitating the synchronous operation of the wind and solar energy sources to power a load and charge a battery.
- The battery should only dispense power to the load during periods of no wind and no solar output.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience with MATLAB Simulink and renewable energy systems.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with PID Controllers.
- Ability to create highly detailed models of solar and wind turbine systems.

Please note that data acquisition will be done using Simulink built-in blocks. Hence, familiarity with these blocks is a plus. The model complexity should be highly detailed, capturing the intricate workings of the solar and wind turbine systems.
