Adaptive cruise control using simulink

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop an adaptive cruise control system using Simulink. The ideal candidate should have experience in Simulink and control systems.

Desired Speed Range:
- The adaptive cruise control system should be able to operate in a wide range of speeds, including low speed (0-30 mph), medium speed (30-60 mph), and high speed (60+ mph).

Vehicle Type:
- The adaptive cruise control system is being developed for a car.

Environmental Conditions:
- The system model should account for all types of weather conditions, including normal weather conditions and extreme weather conditions.
- There should be 2 main vehicle models that are connected to the acc using both PID and Fuzzy logic controller.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Simulink and control systems.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle dynamics.
- Familiarity with adaptive cruise control algorithms.
- Ability to model and simulate various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
