Academia research in sustainable energy management

I am a master's candidate who needs to find gaps in the literature to conduct original research on topics related to my area publications (renewable energy sources, power systems, energy management etc.) that are also linked to artificial intelligence. if the idea is solid, then the task may also extend to writing the research proposal and I will add to the budget accordingly.

I need someone who has experience with MATLAB, and other simulation software as beyond the idea and proposal, I might also need help with MATLAB simulation etc. based on the topic we have mutually decided.
