ANPR system -- 2

I am looking for a skilled professional to create an ANPR system for traffic monitoring in mixed environments with a high level of accuracy of 95% or above. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing ANPR systems and should be familiar with the following:

- Image processing algorithms
- Machine learning techniques
- Deep learning frameworks
- Camera calibration
- OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology

The ANPR system will need to be able to detect and recognize license plates from vehicles traveling at various speeds. The system should be able to handle low light conditions and should have the ability to filter out false positives. The candidate should also have experience in designing and implementing a user-friendly interface for the ANPR system.
