teaching mathematics background of Post-quantum cryptography

I am looking for a professional to provide an interactive and comprehensive teaching session on the mathematics background of Post Quantum Cryptography. The training should be at an Advanced Graduate Level, and should be conducted remotely. The training should focus on the mathematics aspects of PQC such as (lattice problems such as GAPSVP and SIVP), but should not cover the applications and security of PQC.
