how to create a equation that allow me to forecast future project payments based on existing data(graph) from previous projects

Currently, I have all the monthly payments data for all previous projects, and from there, I would like to create a model/equations that allows me to forecast future projects payments. The new equation must summarise all the current data from previous projects, and to create a equation that allows me to have a foresight to expect my future monthly payment.
