formulation and conversion chart

I am looking for someone to help me create a formulation and conversion chart for professional use. I have specific measurements and conversions in mind that I would like to be used in the chart. I require the chart to be in printable PDF format, so it can be easily printed and used in the professional environment. The purpose of the conversion chart is to provide a reliable reference for various measurements, equations and conversions that could be beneficial in my professional work. This will be specific to Butane, IsoButane , and Propane. The conversion will need to be from lb or kg cubic foot.
