A filled in circle, mathematics operations needed

My name is Mister Blair Thomas Dietrich, I have been, to software development school, but only for a short time, this idea, comes from just brain storming, after a bit, but could, be very helpful, to have a program, or development, of the is idea, I have, dealt with, the stock, market, and such, mathematics, for about a decade. My project is this, if you continue around, a circle, then everything, is there, so, how, do you get, some of it, or knowledge, out, what, I need, done, is to fill, in the circle, and give it a mathematical term, known as a dot. The ending, of a statement, whether, a question, statement, or not, is only, the punctuation, divided, into, the statement, and then, an answer, so, we need, to give our dot, a size, along, with, the characters, our outcomes, and questions, would be so, instead of curves, we draw our characters, into square, characters, don't forget that the numbers zero through nine, derive, the alphabet characters, so, if you think, you can conquer, such, a project, and come up with an outcome.
