Write a custom TradingView script

Hello,
I need a custom TradingView script made based on the TD Trendline indicator by Tom Demark. This rule can be referenced from Chapter 4 (page 91) of the PDF manual by Jason Perl (attached below for reference).
There is an existing script for TD Trendlines already available on TradingView which I currently use, with the name "TD D-Trendlines" by Alex_2072. Link below:

I need the eventual finished script to display the same lines as this script.
However, instead of just the lines being drawn, I need additional features to be written in the script. These rules are outlined in page 94 and 98 of the PDF manual. They are namely the three conditions (ie. qualifiers) for entering a buy, and three conditions for entering a short.
If the conditions / qualifiers are met, a number is displayed above / below the current ongoing candle. This number #1, #2, and #3, each pertaining to the rule number which they qualify for. If there are more than one rule met, the additional number will also be displayed on top / below it, so a maximum of three numbers can be displayed above / below current candle.
If it's a sell situation then the number will be displayed on top of the candle, and conversely for buy situation it will be displayed below the candle. It's possible for for one candle to display both buy and sell numbers.
Number #1 - only shows if there is a TD trendline, and that trendline is breached
Number #2 - only shows if a new candle opens beyond trendline
Number #3 - only shows there if a relevant TD trendline that exists
This script will also calculate and show a horizontal purple line marking a downside objective in a sell situation, or an upside objective in a buy situation (page 96 and 100 of the manual, respectively).
