Stock Screener based on technical analysis and indicators

The task involves developing a technical screener which essentially is a ranking system for Nifty F&O stocks. The stocks are to be ranked in multiple time frames (5Min, 15Min, 1Hour, 4Hour, 1Day, 1 Week, and 1Month) based on multiple technical indicator values (RSI, Bollinger Bands, EMA, PSAR, etc) and conditions (golden crossover, volume profile, etc). (I will share the exact list of conditions and technical indicator values) . For each successful condition met a score is to be assigned to a stock and this way multiple stocks are to be ranked based on the total score for each time frame.
