Spreadsheet to JavaScript/HTML Conversion

I need a freelancer who can take an existing spreadsheet (with mathematical and metrology calculations) and convert it into a working JavaScript + HTML implementation.

The spreadsheet currently performs several calculations (errors, expanded uncertainties, tolerances, etc.), and I want the same logic replicated in code, so that results are dynamically calculated and displayed on a web page.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of JavaScript and HTML

Ability to carefully review and replicate all mathematical formulas from the spreadsheet

Ensure accuracy in the results (must match the spreadsheet calculations exactly)

Clean, well-documented code

Some familiarity with metrology, measurement uncertainty, or calibration processes is a plus, but not strictly required

Deliverables:

HTML + JavaScript code that reproduces the spreadsheet functionality

Documentation or comments in the code explaining how the formulas are implemented

Final version must match the outputs of the spreadsheet (I will provide test values for verification)

Additional Info:

The spreadsheet is already prepared and will be shared once the project starts.
